HolidayVinyls Return and Refund Policy

All HolidayVinyls products are considered final sale unless the 30-Day Warranty was purchased at checkout.

Orders With the 30-Day Warranty

Customers who purchased the 30-Day Warranty may submit a claim within 30 days of delivery for:

  • Products that arrive damaged

  • Products that are defective or do not function properly

  • Incorrect products received

  • Packages confirmed lost during transit

To submit a claim, contact [support email] with your order number and clear photo or video evidence of the issue.

Depending on the circumstances, HolidayVinyls may provide troubleshooting assistance, a replacement or a refund. Original shipping charges and the cost of the 30-Day Warranty are non-refundable unless required by law.

Orders Without the 30-Day Warranty

Non-defective orders placed without the 30-Day Warranty are final sale. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Changing your mind

  • Accidental purchases

  • Ordering the wrong product or design

  • Disliking the product after delivery

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer

  • Damage caused by misuse, modification or improper handling

  • Failure to follow the provided setup instructions

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photo or video evidence so we can investigate.

The 30-Day Warranty provides the additional coverage described above. It does not replace, restrict or remove any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection laws.

Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Warranty Cancellation Rights

Where required by applicable law, customers may cancel the 30-Day Warranty within the legally mandated cooling-off period without fees or penalties.
